Supports Collective Residential's portfolio operations team by validating metrics and formulas in UDP, our consolidated BI platform, tracking open data issues through to resolution with the UDP team, cross-referencing figures against source data in our property management systems (PMS), and building out new and improved reporting and dashboards in UDP. Responsibilities Validate metrics, formulas, and calculated fields in UDP against source data and expected outputs. Cross-reference UDP figures against PMS data (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, Entrata) to confirm accuracy.
